RVEC is a grass roots organization that is made up of all kinds of people. Men. Women. Gay. Straight. Lesbian. Bisexual. Transgender. Young. Old. Rich. Poor. And everything in between. We are a friendly group of people who are seeking others who want to help us as we stand up for equality in the Fort Smith/River Valley area.
RVEC meets bi-weekly in the Chambers Meeting Hall at St. John's Episcopal Church, but don't let that frighten you away, we are not a religious group.
